before gym: ~41inch or 106cm waist
atm: will update on tuesday %fatpercent and waist.. waist is already at ~100cm or ~39inch
cardio: non existent, doubt i was able to run a mile or even half mile or even less..
Before gym:
blood pressure and pulse: 165/120 basically daily and pulse was ~100 or so..
Its not even 2month passed in gym and my pulse is always below 120/90 when im not doing much and pulse less than ~95..
So the high bloodpressure was one small reason why I joined gym.. major reason was that I felt welcome there (i really like to avoid places if i feel a tiny hint that i just might not be welcome there)..
GOALS:
1) get shredded.. before gym ~30%bodyfat.. I will aim to become 10% shredded.
2) 220lbs barbell benchpress someday at least in a year. Atm 165lbs..
3) assault bike 1min at 1000watt. or higher..
4) assault bike 40min at 600watt or higher..
assault bike stats:
currently 50rpm ~185watt for 40min with one 5min brake in between..
currently 70rpm ~(forgot watts) for 1min (my best effort)
forum goals: Will be looking for somehow who does assault bikes to see, compare myself to and aim for higher WATT and to see how i can get better endurance and burn calories.
p.s. I tried taking care of my body with fasting - while it gave results, sooner or later i would gain back - mostly because bad eating habits and very sedantary lifestyle.
