Depends on your face, bone structure. Some people, male or female, you can shave off every bit of hair on their head and you can still see the beauty. Some guys need to have a really full beard to hide the jaw. Some women really have to have fancy hair do to distract from their face.

Drinking/partying is a big one. It's the reason over here in the states most girls go to college for four years and come back looking like they aged 4 decades.

Still, genetics is the biggest reason, as well as lifestyle choices. I was a hard druggy/alcoholic for a few years and still get carded at the store despite being in my 30s. Drinking a chitload of water daily helps more than people realize, especially when they have pepsi running through their veins.

Most actors seem to have some kind of mental problem and Marlon had a bunch if you read about him.

Also, many people think actors are so cool, but what are they really doing, they are pretending to be people and then in their off time they do nothing. Acting is an art form when you are playing some part that's really educational, etc but mostly actors don't do that. So, most of their day is pretending to be fairly mundane people.

That has to be weird and hard on a person because what are they accomplishing?

Then, they can get paid very well for not really doing anything much, so it's time to eat and do drugs! I believe it's why weird sex is a big feature of being a celeb, boredom, easy money, and not having much to be proud of.
