Lovin the Animal supps. My question is if I am taking the "Animal Test", should I still use pre-workout? It says to take em 45mins prior to workout, I did it with a pre last weekend and felt awful. Should I do pre, then post with Test?
Also, creatine is super popular, should I be taking it? Pretty fit dude here, just looking to get stronger and drop fat.
Note - my profile says I'm 52 but I'm 40, not sure how that happened.
