    Look over my routine please?

    29 yo 6’0” 205lb endomorph.
    My story I was a power lifter in my youth. I was able to keep my muscle and size for a long time. Then 3 months ago I saw myself in the mirror and it hit me I was no longer muscular i was just fat weighing in at 245 lbs I decided to make a change. In the past 3 months I’ve lost 40 lbs I’m down to 205 lbs and I am currently working on a recomp.
    My routine
    Day 1 upper body rep set 3x8
    Chest- db chest press incline/decline/flat, machine chest press, flys.
    Biceps- standing db curls, preacher barbell curls, 21’s,
    Triceps- dips, skull crushers
    Shoulders- standing overhead press, machine shoulder press.
    Lats- pull downs.
    Traps- Shrugs.
    Back- rows.
    Day 2
    Mma-consists of 1 1/2 hrs of high intensity cardio and calisthenics
    Day3 lower body rep set 3x8
    Squats
    Deadlifts * 1x8
    Calf raises
    Leg curls
    Leg extensions
    Day 4
    Mma
    Day 5 off
    Day 6
    Upper or lower it alternates each week.
    Day 7 off.
    Diet I am trying to eat 2,000 calories a day. I find myself eating less because I did intermittent fasting and through that I don’t have a big appetite. I am eating clean though high protein low carbs.
    Does my workout routine look good to y’all? Any changes you guys would make? Any suggestions on diet? With eating it’s weird for me I really only like eating once a day. I know I should eat more frequently with smaller meals but it’s like I’m forcing myself to eat. Thank you for any input or advice!
