Almond Flour Pancakes
Yesterday I created a killer recipe for pancakes that are keto-friendly. It has only 6g net carbs and 12g protein per pancake.
I used it to make 11 in total.
Here's the recipe:
3 egg, Eggs
2 tsp(s), Olive Oil
1 tsp, Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup, Unsweet Almond Milk
2 Scoop (30g), Gourmet Vanilla Iso-100
1 dash, Salt
3 tsp, Baking Powder
80 g, Granulated Zero Calorie Sweetener
300 g, Blanched Almond Flour
14 g, Buttery Spread
I mix them all together and used a griddle that I to cook them up.
