Hi, last year I lost around 110lbs and now 6'4 202lbs. Got some loose skin so it is extra hard for me to determine my body fat %. I've been also in a cut for a very long time so I dont know if I should continue or stsrt a lean bulk since my muscle mass is not that much. What should I do?
You should be able to gain some muscle without piling a load of weight back on. Try to raise calories to around maintenance - focus on progressive overload in the gym. Only go above maintenance if you need to in order to keep the progress moving.
