that was about the time I started developing upper body tendonitis and my chest stopped growing because I was doing too many compound movements
dead serious. I hit 14 reps with 405 and my chest was steadily shrinking for 4 months and I said okay enouhg is enough, heavy compounds have ran their course and obviously are NOT the way to go beyond being a beginner for hypertrophy**worthless college major crew**
