Hi everyone, So I'm just over 6 weeks in. I've posted progress pictures in my gallery. According to the scales I've gained about 3 pounds but I think it looks like I've gained more than that? Anyway, enjoying it so far. 🙂
Good job, based on your photos you can keep the bulk going for a long time before you ever have to worry about slowing down.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME. Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
