Hi Everyone,
I'm wanting to start taking supplements before, and after workouts along with vitamins. If the supplements are worth it then I don't mind the cost.
Here is what I have so far and let me know if there is something better recommended vs what I have. I'm also looking at these...
Take during workout or non workout days:
JYM SUPPLEMENT SCIENCE JYM BCAAS or XTEND ORIGINAL BCAA
Vitamins:
OPTIMUM NUTRITION OPTI-MEN MULTIVITAMIN FOR MEN
EVLUTION NUTRITION FOCUSMODE
RSP NUTRITION AMINOLEAN AMINO ACIDS
Protein:
RSP NUTRITION TRUEFIT GRASS-FED PROTEIN or OPTIMUM NUTRITION GOLD STANDARD 100% WHEY PROTEIN

Optimum is a solid protein powder, Syntha 6 protein is another great choice same company
