    Help

    I just finished a 12 week bulk program and was awesome. I’m to the point where I can’t barely reach my back end as embarrassing as that sounds. I’m no monster but I have 20 inch arms. I don’t understand how guys get bigger than this. Is it a flexibility thing? Am I missing something obvious? Is it bidet or bust?

    Yeah cutting down to about 12% would be helpful. 15 is also okay.

    Having a bigger back means there is more distance for you to have to go around.
    That's most of it.

    If you want to be more flexible - stretch.
    But keep it mind that most of what we are doing in the gym is stretching (under load!) anyways.

    I haven't been able to put my seatbelt on with one hand for a few years now, and I weigh about the same as you over half a foot taller. Without pics or anything like your strength level it would be hard to verify, but fat isn't the only factor going on with this kind of thing.

    Here are some good examples to go by. Its sad but for a natural lifter of average height or slightly shorter to be ab lean and muscular you're usually coming in at 165-175 lbs.

    This feels like a troll job.

    You’re giving multiple weights and claiming 20 inch arms.

    If this isn’t a troll job, what is your actual weight? You say 240/280/170.

    Either way if you’re 35% BF you’ve got a long road of dieting ahead and I’d recommend any future “bulks” are incredibly slow and long term.

    Like MAYBE a few pounds a month max.

    295 40% bf 175lbm

    I got a coach last night he said we’re looking at about 2 years to mens open size and to lose all the fat im excited

    There’s too much I don’t fully understand
