    Hormones recovering after cutting

Hey guys so been bulking for 7 months now going to cut very soon.

I just wanted to know after my cutting phase (probs 2 months length) can my hormones recover from just eating my maintenance calories? Or do I need to eat my maintenance calories first, then bulk for my hormones to recover 100%?

I’m thinking if my cut is 2 months, then go into maintenance for a month my hormones and energy will restore back to normal?

If someone can shed sone light on this for me I’ll be entirely grateful . Thanks peeps.

Any adaptations caused by dieting should return to normal withing a few days - especially if you start off eating plenty of carbs to restore glycogen levels faster.
