Hello, i have a question. I follow new fullbody A/B intermediate program aworkoutroutine. I will list it below. On workout "B" i should do 3x incline press. Since i did calisthenics for a long time, i would really like chest dips in my routine because i love it as chest exercise. So i want to ask, do you think that i can replace incline press with dips ? Or is it there incline to compensate missing shoulder press from "A" workout (since incline works front delts heavily too) and doing dips instead will not be ideal? Ty

Dips are not going to stimulate your upper chest like Incline press does. What is stopping you from doing both?
Personally, dips do hammer delts and pecs and tris too, great movement. That said, I still consider incline work more important if you already include flat bench and shoulder press in your routine. That’s my two cents."A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
