Should I mini cut? Keep bulking? Pics inside

Hey guys. Ended cut in december and slowly began increasing calories in January. Weight went from 167-173 during this time. Routine-wise i ran a couple Mindpump strength programs and just recently finished Canditos 6week strength routine. Strength is maybe slightly up in a few lifts. Not sure if i gained any muscle at all i certainly cant tell. Definitely gained fat on my stomach which is surprising to me as i ended calories on my cut at 1900 and slowly increased to 2400-2500 which most calculators say should be about my maintenance. Moving to a more hypertrophy based program as this low volume strength stuff just didnt do much for me at all unless im just not seeing it. Question is would it be a good idea to do a mini cut at this time? Or keep in a surplus for a bit longer? Really down on myself lately as i feel ive been stuck at around this physique for like 5 years now. I was once 210 lbs. alot bigger and stronger but decided i wanted to “get leaner” and ended up losing alot of my strength and size

First pic is at end of cut

    Rest of pics are recent

You could go either way honestly. You have a lot of muscle so it really depends on what look you want. I've been everywhere from single digit bf in the low 160s to 20% in the low 200s. I really prefer the middle ground now in that 12-15% bf range. If you're going to put on muscle as an advanced lifter id suggest looking into specialization cycles.

    A) you could go either way

    B) calorie calculators are not accurate for most people so go off of your person experience and how X amount of calories affect you
