    Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Row

    Why can’t I feel these? I mean, if I use the low handles I can feel my lats pretty well, but I’m trying to recreate something more like a Pendlay row using the high handles with a wider grip to hit my upper/mid back. I’m super aware of my back in general, and I’ve tried messing around with the seat height and various grip widths with and without thumbs, but nothing works. Any idea?
