Hello everyone.
So im sorry if im posting this in wrong sub but im new here. Im 21 and have started lifting 4 months ago. My question is are my bench press numbers okay or im just screwed genetically in that sense. Im 6ft 226 pounds prolly around 23-25 percent bodyfat and i can do 200 pound bench press for 4 reps with proper form (no ass lifting, pause at chest etc.) and i can do 286 pounds high bar squat x2 (ass to the grass and everything). My personal trainer says thats not really good for my weight so im wondering am i that bad or what ? Sorry for my bad english btw not my primary language.
