Bulking is working well!/My goal/Not looking to cut
While many of the people here want ripped/cut bodies, I want something a little different. I hope to bulk up a bit more, and then add strength. My biggest goal is to make my arms and legs even stronger (I once pulled the door off a library accidentally), but to have a huggable chest and belly with muscle underneath (Think Ben Napier from HGTV, so many offensive linemen, strongmen, etc.) In the bear community, the body type I'm looking for is either musclechub or musclebull. I'm hoping for a beefy/huskular 325. I feel really close to my goal, and have a good amount of stamina.
Do you have advice on how to build width in my shoulders and back?
