He has a nice physique I watch his videos. I think the key is being very very consistent with your diet and calories and of course all the supplements. But imo it's mainly being consistent with your diet and calories to be shredded/bulk.

I knew the main purpose of paying expensive gym memberships at one-off hardcore gyms and paying for expensive coaches was to be able to gain access to the member with special vitamins for sale.

I’m not trolling. My best friend looked just like Sadik - he’s pictured in one of my previous posts a few years ago. He died a few years ago as well, but he would train with all of us. 5 ft 8” 150lbs and could put up 315 (3 45s on each side) plates on bench, max out the cable fly machine, was shredded to the bone, Boulder shoulders, it was insane. Our group could never find out if he was truly natty.

So that is why I have the goal of achieving Sadik’s physique - in memory of my friend. It has always been that way.

Uh… if your friend was 5-8 and 150, it’s literally impossible he looked like him.

And it’s not just about his weight, it’s also the shape and roundness of the muscles, how little water his skin holds, and how ‘full’ he is while lean.

An even better reason is because: he CAN

He literally makes his money based purely on looks in an untested org… so WHY would he remain natural and make it as hard as possible for himself to make as much money as possible ?

Nah, this dude's a solid 7/10 troll. He sucked me into the debate & got me SOOOO close to Negging him, but by the time he posted Sadik sitting at his computer, I wanted to rep him. He also got this thing going for 3 full pages, & despite throwing out ridiculous stats like his friend being 5'8 and 150 lbs & having multiple people correct him, it kept going.

I agree wth you tho, that past a point his persistence made him fall short. He's obviously not a 10/10 VGHPS troll, but commendable effort.

Just because you’ve lifted for four years doesn’t mean your gains are tapped out… nobody said that.
