    Pull Up Grips

I'm trying to pin down a muscular imbalance I have. I can do neutral grip pull ups and reverse grip pull ups (chin ups) easily, 10+ for either of them. However, I max out at 5-6 overhand grip pull ups. Does anyone know what kind of muscular imbalance would cause that? Thanks.

Why have you determined that this is caused by a muscular imbalance?

Overhand grip utilizes less of the biceps and is therefore typically just harder, objectively. It likely has nothing to do with a muscular imbalance, whether or not you actually have one.

For sure, but it's because chin ups use more muscles.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
