    All bicep but no tricep

Starting lifting recently and my biceps have been getting bigger i am 181 cm (5’11.5) and 14 and 165 pounds (75 kg) and i have no triceps and even smaller forearms and wrists. What exercises can i do with just 2 dumbells?

You should be training your whole body equally at this stage. Focusing on different parts is kind of irrelevant at this stage and is something that might be a concern for a much more advanced lifter.

Are you running a whole body routine like the Fierce 5 dumbbell routine?
