I do wind sprints on the regular, it's great cardio and a ton of fun, but I also run up hills with a heavy pack and consider that fun.. My type of fun may not be for everyone..

True story. I used to be a member of Jack Lalane's in Los Angeles in the 80s.

They used to swap access to the pool every other day.

So Monday, Wednesday, Friday, the locker room adjacent to the pool was 'MENS LOCKER ROOM'.

Then Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday that same room was 'WOMENS LOCKER ROOM.'

There were only 2 genders back then. But I digress.

One day I went into the locker room that was for female only.

And I saw an old lady with her boobs down to her knees.

Women like to walk around naked in the locker room as well and talk to you as well. I've never been comfortable with my body and nudity so I have a hard time even changing in the women's locker room, much less talking to a naked woman.
