However, at what point is it truly a human being/worthy of protecting, is this at conception? The first brain activity? First heartbeat?

In my opinon, if there is an active brain OR an active heart, you do not abort. At that point, the essentials of a human are there. So at most, week 3-4 you can abort but only for valid reasons such as:

How states go with abortion depends on the state legislatures. I'm not even anti-choice but reality is Roe v Wade as a case is indeed unconstitutional.
