Lifting weights daily is more effective than crying to build up muscles. But you could cry on the days you don't lift.

I saw this thread title last week and skipped over it until just now, but I thought it was "gains and tears" as in, tears/lesions/rips/shears, etc.
OP, if you're being serious, it should be mostly irrelevant, although the hormone changes might affect things slightly. I don't know endocrinology or the medicine of this, however.Bench: 340
