If I hit 190 I look like a bloatlord. I abandoned the goal of being 185+ lean a long, long time ago. I was 167 last year just before July. That was pretty uncomfortable. I think 170-172 will feel better. I definitely put on a bit of size in the past year because I'm approaching the same level of aesthetics at almost 10 pounds heavier, so all that pushing must have been good for me.Originally Posted by bench900

It's all about consistency. I give myself an afternoon off a week on Fridays. Anything goes. For example, I had some pizza at a pub for lunch and just finished a nice beer in the sun. Gonna make some creamy lemon dill shrimp pasta later.Originally Posted by mikay456
