The leak is one thing, which has never happened and will compromise the SCOTUS. Politics enraged a clerk so much that he or she when found, will be terminated and prosecuted.
This decision will lose women votes for GOP in mid-terms and gives the opposing side a new platform.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

By now, you broz know my favorite line. hahaha
ALL BY DESIGN.
All Lives Matter - Especially baby lives. Yes, I am pro-Life.
This is how this clusterfukkery will play out:
Gubmint will say:
"Stop abortion. You can no longer kill innocent unborn babies." And the conservatives will cheer.
But there will be additional stipulation.
"You cannot kill unborn babies because they are property of gubmint. Therefore, all humans are gubmint property."
And do you know what this means?
Because we are 'gubmint property' Brandon will have 'constitutional' reason to mandate the jab.
Change my mind. I have called many things. So far Russia has invaded Ukraine, soon China will take Taiwan. I have called the hyperinflation and food shortage as well while many were being distracted. This above all..

And just like that, Liberals can define a woman, Democrats will fight desperately to butcher children in the womb and castrate them outside of the womb. These are absolute barbaric monsters. It's impossible to fully fathom the evil on display right now
One the most Prominent Constitutional Conservatives in the United States, Mark Levin "When you conduct yourself in an utterly lawless way, attacking the institutions of this country, attacking the founding documents of this country, attacking the history of this country, this is what you get: lawlessness. It's just a matter of time. All these institutions are going to collapse. This is a grave assault on the Supreme Court. When I was in law school, I was actually an intern to Chief Justice Warren Burger. I saw how it operated, and I can tell you this institution takes its confidentiality seriously. Why? That's the coin of the realm. They've got to be able to talk about ideas freely. They've got to be able to discuss this without political pressure. Why do people think these are lifetime appointments? Of course, the Democrat Party is destroying this country. Look at the confirmation process. It started with Bork. The Democrats targeted him under [Sen. Ted] Kennedy and Biden, and it moves on to others, including Clarence Thomas, including Kavanaugh. Republicans don't treat Democrat nominees this way. They may object to them. When you say the Supreme Court doesn't look like America, you're undermining the credibility of the court."Last edited by thomashenry; 05-03-2022 at 07:55 AM.

It seems pretty simple to me.
No one should tell a woman what she can do with her body, especially men.Air Force Veteran 1976 - 1999 - Cannabis Enthusiast since the 1960's

The verdict is due in June. This was all based on a draft from Feb. Much can happen in 2 months. From a voting integrity perspective the verdict should be after the primaries and the leak shouldn't have happened. I'm a pro choice conservative (oxymoron?) and this situation will escalate in the next month into a full blown insurrection at the SC building I'm thinking.

The concept of self-ownership is something many seem to ignore.
The baby's life belongs to itself, not the mom's.
The mom owns her body. The baby owns its body. This is why babies have separate DNA codes than the mom's. The baby is only renting in the mom's womb until it is ready to move out.
This alone is proof of self-ownership. The concept of self-ownership is paramount to those who profess to embrace Freedom and Liberty. And this is why the Libertarian Party is a joke, just like the DNC and GOP - because there are fake Libertarians who are okay with infanticide. This above all..

As a fake libertarian I’m on the fence, which defaults me to pro choice. I dont like abortion and I do believe there is a point where abortion should no longer be available, how many weeks should be up to doctors and scientists.
As far as ownership I wouldn't say "of course not" when asked if a fetus has rights. I would say "it is a moral gray area up to the individual to decide and not the government."
That allows people to feel strongly that abortion is immoral, but it rejects that morality is absolute. In the case of subjective morality, it is not the responsibility of the government to decide if rights are violated. To resist despair

If the basis of morality is emotion, then morality’s basis is something that is changeable, fickle, unreliable and a thing that is known to be regularly manipulated by other men.
If the basis of morality is principle, then morality is a constant, independent of feelings and of the whims of the moment. It can powerfully inspire passion and emotion and yet is not swayed by them.John 4:20

This view is pretty similar to my own. Abortion is something that I don't have a strong opinion on because I have difficulty defining general principles that differentiate when it is and is not OK to perform an abortion. Clearly there is a point, but what is it and why? My only difference with your opinion is that I don't think doctors or scientists are equipped to define that point at this time, which is why it is difficult for me to formulate an opinion.
For me it is not a simple issue which is why I find the simplistic analyses and arguments put forth to be really frustrating, with both sides deliberately ignoring the points of the other. Each side focuses exclusively on either the woman (pro-choice) or the fetus (pro-life), whereas the debate should be focused on resolving the intersection of those rights and the guiding principles that underlie them. Unfortunately, acknowledging the complexity and having a real discussion never seems to happen when politics are involved. It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

I respect your opinion, which is also why I agree with the idea of allowing the states to make the decision. As mentioned earlier, tough decisions need to be as local as possible. And state level is closer to local than the criminal feral gubmint.

Agreed. This is why as Christians we must put 'Christ' first and foremost. Christians usually add unnecessary identifiers in front of Christianity. I am guilty of this 10000%. I call myself American, Asian, Patriot, Freedom Lover, Libertarian, Conservative, etc.. (but I never call myself commie. Cuz I aint no commie). Once in a while I say I'm a goat lover, but not the Middle Eastern type of love. Youknowwhatimsayin?
I need to be Christian first. We need to be Christians first if we profess to be one. That means there are Absolutes. And in the eyes of God, abortion is absolutely murder. This above all..

Completely respect the Christian perspective on this, but how do we know that God believes it to be a sin and that life begins at conception? I assume there is some portion of the Bible from which this interpretation derives? BTW, I am genuinely curious (not trying to debate Christian theology. I just want to understand)

King James Bible
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee
41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

Surprising coming from you, unless you just playing opposing viewpoints.
It takes two to tango and there’s a reason why the Bible is against sex before marriage (for all you atheists, this message has perfect warrant).
Besides no one has the right to think they can play god and foresee a child’s future. Plenty of great people had tough upbringing, I bet they would pissed if someone cutoff thier opportunity at life because they didn’t have an edge.....
