I agree, but my ceiling is way too low for pullups, I know I can do them on my knees just don't know if I would use it a lot or would I just be wasting money. Definitely going to get the attachment for dips. Still not sold on the kettle bells but definitely thinking about them.

I like the pull up bars because they have the different angles./multi grips if I use the Olympic bar I can only do pulls ups and chin ups. But again, not trying to build a whole gym so I might just do it like the video from time to time just to get in some pull ups. Good conversation and ideas, thanks.

Pretty freaking awesome man!
My man cave is upstairs. I'll have to take some pics when my barn is built and I move my stuff out of my garage, but it won't be as refined as what you have, that's for sure! It's never too late!

I do not know, dude. For me, it's a waste of space. You could have had a rebounder or treadmill and a roman chair and parallettes, rather than a sofa.
You could have just had mats for floor exercises. One day, you'll appreciate the mobility and flexibility you lost. Sorry to be a negative Nancy, but I know your future.

It's absolutely perfect, you have everything you need to get a training session in and your gym membership to use equipment you don't have there. Congrats on the build. Nice work!

My daughter was living in the basement with her husband and daughter so I installed the kitchen, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom was guttered and redone and it is bigger now.
Thanks! I will NEVER use the stove, but when we had barbecues my wife use to use the old stove that was there. So I just got a new stove and refrigerator.
LOL it's OK man, like I said, I don't want a whole gym I think I got what I need.
Thanks man!On the list for Bannukah

TV mounted, basement is 100% complete, I added pics of the bathroom which has a walk in shower so I can shower after working out, and the door entrance just so you guys can see where it is located. Now I only need to add paintings, thinking about Arnold, Bruce Lee, Scarface and some Yankees stuff.

Ha....I hear you.
I was a carpenter for several years.
Problem 1) how to please the wife.
Problem 2) break out your wallet, prepare to sacrifice one of your phalanges when the wallet runs dry. (the same applies to kitchens)
That finished project looks damn fine.
