    Muscle gaining

    Hello guys,

I’ve been using Greg Nuckols SBS hypertrophy program and I’ve ran it 2 times and on my 3rd time now. My thing is this, on my 3rd time I was 140 pounds and I got all the way to 160 pounds. My girlfriend stated I got wider on my bulk but my muscles don’t look big and I can’t quite figure out why. She thinks because I’m doing full body 3 days a week I should have bigger muscles. I’m very knowledgeable with nutrition and stuff and never have a problem with that. Right now I’m cutting down to 150 and currently at 155. My protien intake is 150-160g, fat is 46g and the rest is in carbs. I can post the 3 sheets I’ve filled out for Greg’s program and maybe someone can help me to figure out why my muscles aren’t bigger. I definitely got broader so I don’t get it.

    Here’s my first run

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...svcldKqWE/edit

    Here’s my second run

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...t17a8uqLs/edit

And here’s my run I’m currently on

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...2hc2JBYlI/edit

Now granted my accessories aren’t on point because I’ve focused on all of the primary lifts more. I’ve read that accessories aren’t going to make as big of a difference but idk. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Do I maybe need to switch my program?

Have you heard about dc training? Full body 3 days a week might be hurting more than helping. For muscle's to get bigger and look fuller carbs are a must as well.
