Hey, so I know the best solution for overtraining syndrome is rest. But let's say there was a certain situation causing someone to only be able to rest 2 days a week. Not being worried about body image, but a real condition.
Would slow, cautious strength training be safe or possible? Especially if the strength training is causing better diet, mood and sleep quality? Thanks.
Edit: just seen sticky about doctors orders, my apologies. That's a great idea though, did not think of that.
