    Looking for a good ab workout routine to add to my weekly program

    So I really want to start working on my abs and core more. I'm at a pretty good body fat % around 11 to 12 but I want my abs to be more visible. I dedicate a day to just abs but I feel like it's not too effective since Im just doing random ab exercises I know rather than following a routine that was made by someone more knowledgeable. So does anyone know a ab workout routine I can do in the gym and dedicate a day to?

    every 3rd day i do 10 sets of some type of weighted crunch. It works. got to use weighted movements. and train them first

    I usually do weighted crunches too but I feel like I'm not doing enough. I feel like I need other weighted exercises to do.

    I just treat them like everything else. Log book the workouts and use progressive overload.
