So I really want to start working on my abs and core more. I'm at a pretty good body fat % around 11 to 12 but I want my abs to be more visible. I dedicate a day to just abs but I feel like it's not too effective since Im just doing random ab exercises I know rather than following a routine that was made by someone more knowledgeable. So does anyone know a ab workout routine I can do in the gym and dedicate a day to?
