I'm not trying to start a series or post any pictures of women, but having been on this forum for a while now, I know which foods are especially beloved by the regular members. As such, I've compiled a poll of what I think the top 10 would be. Vote on which you think the best is.
EDIT: The forum glitched out when I tried to make a poll, so just go ahead and answer with your own personal GOAT dish.

I think you can get your macros, vitamins and minerals pretty easily, but still miss out on phytonutrients. I don't know a whole lot about phytonutrients other than they're probably pretty good for you. So best food would probably be some combination of phytonutrient rich and diverse foods.
At the moment I'm cutting so my diet looks like this:
Shake + Banana 4x /day
2 Scoops Dymatizo ISO 100
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Banana
Vegetable Soup 1x /day
16 oz Vegetables (Potatoes, Carrots, Peas, Corn, Green Beans, Lima Beans, Okra, Celery, Onions)
Salt
Supplements throughout the day
2 Scoops Orange Triad + Greens
2,700 mg Fish Oil (2,000 mg DHA/EPA) Caplets
600 mg NOW NAC Caplet
500 mg Potassium Chloride Tablet
100 mg Magnesium Citrate Tablet
Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc Caplet
28 mg Iron Ferrous Sulfate Tablet
3-5 g Taurine
10 - 20 mg Melatonin
According to Cronometer this technically meets basically all of the micro nutrient goals, but if I'm adding more calories, it would probably go towards something like a mix of chopped avocado, steamed broccoli florets, and baked sweet potato cubes seasoned with a paprika blend.► Intermediate Bodybuilding Classic Physique ► Renaissance Periodization Programming

There used to be this little Italian market in the “Little Italy” where i live, small place with one old man running it, was probably 80 20 years ago(they closed about 15 years ago when i asssume he died). he had a helper work the sandwich counter. They only sold sausage sandwiches. But they had a small butcher section. I once bought a braciole from him, he told me how to cook it, browned it in a skillet first and then simmered it in marinara for several hours and then served with spaghetti. Was one of the best things I ever ate and have never seen an authentic braciole since.

Great answers: I didn't even know about some of these.
Went to a Nepali restaurant last night and had an extremely tasty spicy catfish curry. After yesterday's brutal squats, I'm starving again and could go back right now.Bench: 345
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

Things can get messy with that red sauce. That's what a dark colored towel is for.
