start with daily walking, gradually increasing in length.
Add in a strength training routine after a while-- when I am ready and log those workouts here.
If that starts next week or 2 months from now that is OK

OMAD for a late dinner. Consumed anytime after 7pm
Aiming for roughly 1800-2200 kcals a day for weight loss. No specific macro targets, just enjoy my meals and track what I eat here.
