If this is a serious question there's lots of data on this.
If anything it is helpful; typically testosterone production increases etc.
Decreases stress and overall well being which contributes to gains and so on.It's never too late!

For a person like myself who is a freaking horndog I have to say yes, when it comes to days like Squats and or deadlifts. I try my best not to have sex on days I know I will be going heavy so I just have sex after my workout.
Now if you are asking if having sex every day will stop your growth, no, but it will affect your performance in the gym for sure if you have sex prior to going to the gym, regardless if you have sex in the morning and hit the gym at night.On the list for Bannukah
