I workout in my bedroom with dumbbells and have limited space. Can anyone recommend a quality compact workout bench that folds up? Preferably I'd like to have one with adjustable incline and decline bench setting.

Doesn't fold up but the Ironmaster Super bench pro has a small footprint and can be leaned against a wall. Great for any angle:

I'd recommend looking for one used, the price is getting ridiculous for it. I wouldn't recommend ones that fold unless you're using really light weights{5'7" and under #1}

If you're talking about the adjustable incline/decline ones that literally fold in half like a garment bag, I'd try to get the one you decide you want through Amazon or another vendor that won't hassle you on a return.
Many of those don't work well for people above a certain height or do certain movements with heavier weights.

Obviously any folding bench will have compromises. The Ironmaster will be much better if you have space to stand it up.
