    Thumbs up Hi I’m nhin I’ll tell u a bit about myself

    I’m 71kg I’ve lost 6 kg within a week or two or more playing rugby and doing boxing which includes cardio and more I’m 13 fat and right now rowing to lose fat in order to see my muscles so I can work on my muscles I am rowing with a machine and got weight but not using them yet
