Thoughts on new workout template
44 year old, recreational lifter - trying to maintain strength and stay fit. What are your thoughts on the template below?
M - Push
T - Pull
W - light cardio
Th - HITT
F - Full body (squat,hinge,push,pull,carry)
S - light cardio

I don't quite get push-pull thing. That is my thought.
