I made a post about switching from a 3 day full body split (Phraks Greyskull LP) that I had been doing for 6 months to a 6 day PPL and wasn't able to handle the extra load and my lifts decreased in quality. Should I switch back to the Greyskull or perhaps a 4 day split of some sort? The only reason I switched was that I do have the time available to lift more than 3 days... I was eyeing PHUL. I like the idea of strength and hypertrophy. My main goal is bodybuilding and aesthetics. I am truly lost in what I should be doing and I want to minimize wasted time! So please any help is greatly appreciated if someone can point me in the right direction.
