Puffy/ Saggy skin on face - water pills? Lean face?

I have constant problems with bloat/ water retention, especially noticable in my face due to certain meds. I'm not fat . Im now taking a duratic ( water pill ) daily. ,Will this help? Any recommendations or tips ? I'm watching my sodium intake while taking a potassium supplement.
Should I increase my fluid intake on these pills or decrease? And another question is do dirutics flush out healthy nutritients at a faster rate also? So would it make Sense to take 2 multivitamin s a day to keep ur body at a normal balance?

I'm also loosing weight , I know if you loose weight to fast ur skin can become loose , so in response to this concern I am taking a collagen supplement. What are some anti bloat habits? I feel like protien shakes really bloat me even low sodium ones.. any input would be great thanks and remember to be cool to each other
