I see a lot of threads about "is it worth training after 40"..."how good can you look as a natty"..."is this natty"...and on and on. So I thought I'd post some recent pics.
I'm 52, 5-9, lifetime natty
First 2 are a couple weeks ago, 2 weeks before a show, 149 lbs
Last 4 are the day after my show at 156
