For companies with over 500 employees

That'd be wild. Can't see companies not want to move out of the state if this law was passed

Band aid solution for an economy where workers are accustomed to being paid for the hours they attend and not the results they produce.

The bill says the salary/compensation must remain the same, for working less time.
This will kill smaller businesses that make people work 40 hours a week and can't afford to up employee compensation."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."
"I feel grateful every day I wake up, I know I’m already on borrowed time"

LOL at kill smaller businesses
Those employees who work for smaller businesses aren't working any more during their 40 hours than those employed by large corporations. The 40 hour work week is a scam. Just as much can and will be produced in 32 hours if companies maintain the same performance expectation each week. Employees easily piss away 50% of the week doing nothing. We could trim to 20 hours a week and most companies, smaller included, will be fine."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
