What about taking EAA or electrolytes during training, what is better and some arguments, please.
I mention that 3 times a week I'm training 2 times a day. 1,5-2 hours for hypertrophy in the morning and 1 hour for endurance, sprinting, a lot of moving, in the second part of the day.

I would agree with the above. You most likely have more than enough reserves of energy and circulating amino acids just from whenever your previous meal was. Especially with how frequently you are eating.
Remember that you don't grow any muscle during the workout - it's in the 12-48 hours afterwards that most of that happens and that is when you need to be supplied with sufficient energy and aminos.
