I went to my doctor to get a physical and when they were doing the blood test I told them to check my test as well. Results came back and I am at "370" doctor said I am within the normal range for males between 200-1000. I asked him if my test was low and he said no its not your fine...
I mean I am an athlete and I am on the freakin lower end of T. Should I get in touch with an endocronogist or something? It can't be advantageous to be on the lower end of testosterone..

The doctor said it's not... I would listen to that.
Within the normal range, it is not thought to be an issue. It's only have you have a problem. Drugs only work because of the enormous increase over normal numbers that they provide

Depends on your age, symptoms, and lots of other factors.
Testosterone is the only thing people treat like this. For one, the levels keep dropping because the “normal” levels keep changing. Since most people are fat do you go into the doctor and have them say “it’s ok to be 270 pounds because it’s now ‘normal’ “? No, they say you have a problem. Plus look at the age range. 200 may be “normal” for an 85 year old…but since the age range is 20-85 you shouldn’t tell a 20 year old it’s normal to have a test level of 215. If a 20 year old went in and had his heart examined would they go “well it’s normal for an 80 year old so you’re good”?
Meanwhile low hormones can cause lots of issues and they’ll happily give you a pill to make your d!ck hard, a pill for your anxiety, a pill for your depression, a pill to lose weight, and a pill for inflammation….but look at you like a junkie if you ask to have your hormones checked.+positive crew+

Unless you’re actually exhibiting severe symptoms of hypogonadism you shouldn’t just be trying to mess with hormone levels.
If you feel fine then great. If you have actual symptoms of Low T while in the normal range then see an Endo and/or a urologist to see if there’s an underlying reason you’re on the low end and to get at the root of any issues.
Also keep in mind bloodwork is only a snapshot and depending on the time of day the bloodwork was done it will greatly affect the range.
As someone who is on TRT/HRT, I just want to let you know it isn’t a panacea.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

370 is still within the normal range, and regarding muscle building is still enough to make gains. In fact, no matter where you fall within the normal range (300-1000) the ability to build muscle doesn't change much.
