How fast is your sprint speed on HIIT?

How fast do you guys go on your sprint section on HIIT?

9 mph? 10mph? or faster? How long do you run at that speed?

    Thanks for the info!!

I only set it at 8 MPH, but I do it for 2-3 minutes. Is that a bad idea?

You should be measuring your heart rate to determine if you are working hard enough, not the speed of the treadmill.

My sprints are all out, much faster than the 12 mph on the treadmill. I'd say it's about 15-16 mph~

I run that for about 20-30 seconds. If I'm on the treadmill I run about a minute to a minute and a half on 10 mph.
