    Question Best Chalk Block ??

    Hi fellows,

What are you recommending for a chalk block? I am working out in my basement, so I do not want to get chalk all over the place!

    Thank you,

    SP

They are all pretty much the same. Just get liquid chalk if you don't want to make a mess, plus it gives you a slightly better grip

    Good point.
I use liquid, then regular chalk. It grips the bar better, but you also don't have as much chalk coming off your hands.
Honestly, the biggest thing you can do to prevent chalk injuries (lol ok messes) is to have a chalk bowl. I just bought the Rogue one which attaches to my rig, but the expense was unnecessary - you can just use a freaking salad bowl if you are limited in funds. Chalk up over the bowl - reduces mess by 68%
    It's never too late!
