The week started strong then broke down. The massive loss in 1 week is more due to lack of eating. Pops had an emergency back surgery yesterday and I am the only son that is responsible. So lack of eating and 9 hr days of driving. Also I ate like chit to get to 245 last week in the first place. I should level out this week as long as I keep on top of eating my full macros. PS. pop is ok.

I am just over 7 weeks out from the 3 mountains in 24hr challenge.
Posting late today as I just returned home from climbing two mountains in 48hrs as a bit of training.
Safe to say my cardio has returned.
To hit my target by then I would need to lose .8kg a week from now till then and I think thats too much to lose each week and maintain my weekly mountain hike plus all the work in the gym.
Hopefully this September I have progressed from last September.

I want this sub-100kg result. Considering how bad my bing eating has been in the past 3 months, I'm actually quite happy to be so close to 100kg.

I used to get to 100kg and that would stop me binge eating, but I've blasted past that and had to really work to get back down.

Seeing sub-100 for the first time since I think January would be great.

Burning the candle at both ends has caught up with my and I've picked up a strain either in the hip or glute. Squats, Deadlifts and possibly hiking off the cards for a while now.
Absolutely devastated as I'm 6 weeks out from the 3 mountains in 24hrs challenge.
On a positive note my nutrition has been dialled in for the last couple of weeks and my weekly average is showing it

Goal for July 1st is 118lbs, I don't think I'll see a big drop again like the first week because that was from catching covid and not eating. I'll slow down to .5 lbs a week after this month because I want to focus on recomp more.

As I expected, weight was up today. My weekly average is 237 which all makes sense considering how little I ate last week compared to this week. Lifts felt real strong this week, but I want to start getting out and biking. 5.4lb until my july first target. Obviously I will be continuing my cut until about 190ish so I still got a big road ahead.

Definitely not looking forward to next weeks weigh in. Had 4 days away for my Birthday eating like a King.
5 weeks out from my 3 mountains in 24hr challenge.
Ideally I wanted to be doing it about 90kg but I'm strong and my cardio is pretty insane for this weight.

    Hey everyone!

    6’1 32 year old male

Was 207.8 on 1/9 and now 188.8 on 6/17. 19 pounds down. End goal is to get down to 180. It’s so rewarding seeing the results and benefits of weight loss in my face and abdomen area. I can smell 180. Getting closer and closer. 👍🙌🏼

Well there we go - I managed the sub 100kg, even if only for one week. It should be fine actually as I have seen sub 100kg twice in the past week, and the days I haven't have been post BBQ days that I have eaten a lot of slow digesting food.

Not a bad result considering I had a Birthday Blowout off plan last weekend.

Im reasonably happy with how things are progressing whilst I balance the extreme hiking goals with bodybuilding which some days can swing my water retention massively which is why I always put the 7 day average down not the actual morning weigh in on the day.

Im now just 4 weeks out from my 3 mountains in 24hr challenge. The cardio is slightly getting increased and my training in the gym has now been changed to be more intensity focused.

My overall goal was to get back down to 88kg after my 6 months bulk.
6kg to go so might be September by the time I get there.
Then its a decision whether to slow bulk for 6 months or see if I can push the slow cut more and see how things turn out around Christmas

Still pushing for 98.x by July, but I have been struggling with eating at the moment. I've not binged, but I feel like there a lot of energy required to stop the binge episodes right now.

I had multiple binge episodes. I got back on track in the middle of May. I smashed the last 6 weeks.

My intention is to keep cutting for another 8 weeks, as I have ankle surgery in 5 weeks and will be on crutches for the following 3 weeks, so maingaining/lean bulk will start in September, then cut from 1st January.
