    Goal/I think this is the closest forum heading

    Hi!

    I'm Nick, I'm 28, and I'm looking to gain the full lineman-build. I can hold a 75 pound kettlebell on my index finger, and pulled the front door off a public library. Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated. I definitely want to BULK.

    Find programming - there is a ton out there, or better yet a coach - even just someone that can help tailor your training to your specific goals and physical attributes.

    I would suggest finding a good prgram and go from there. What are you currently doing and scale your volume up as needed. Ex go from 3 workouts a week to 4 to five if your looking to get started towards your goal. Hope this helps
