Can someone please explain meat macros to me?
For instance, how can ground turkey be labeled 85/15, but when you look at the nutrition facts it has 20g of protein and 17g of fat? That math just doesn't add up. When I do the math it's actually 46% fat and 54% protein. Beef has the same issue, but contains a larger percentage coming from protein.
What am I missing here?

The ratio on the label refers to the actual volume of food, not caloric content. There is water in the combination which likely accounts for most of the difference, since it has mass but no caloric content.
Bench: 325
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505
