Title says if all. Anyone ever switched from a heeled squat back to a flat sole?
Squats been feeling kinda lousy lately. I've been squatting in a heel for a while and I kind of wanted to try flat soled squats. I feel like I can get more hip involvement with a flat sole. Anyone do both? What are your thoughts?

Squat - 295x10, 340x5, 375x1

OHP - 150x11, 170x6, 185x2, 190x1
