    New To the Serious Effort

    I've finally signed up for a gym membership.

    I wasn't going to, initially, as I have plenty of exercise equipment at home - but I keep injuring myself somehow.

    So, I figure that the smart thing is to get to my local Planet Fitness and let people who know how to exercise properly teach me.
