Ukraine is 100% going to "win" in the end just because the Ukrainians (outside of Crimea and Donbas) don't want the Russians there. It just like the Taliban "won" Afghanistan by just sticking around for 20 years after they were initially destroyed. Even if Russia initially conquers all of Ukraine, the Ukrainians will just fight an assymetric war until Russia can't take anymore and leaves (no matter how long that takes), and then the government that Russia fought to topple will come right back.
