    Supplement advice for a newbie

Getting back into working out after some health issues and finding sobriety πŸ€™πŸ½.

What are some basic supplements I should be using if I'm trying to put on muscle, and lose fat? Currently taking Whey Protein and Fish Oil, but that's it aside from a preworkout. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Food, maybe a multivitamin and a fish oil if you’re not eating enough fish.

Since you're already taking a fish oil and a whey protein, I'd recommend a good multi vitamin and add in some creatine to your whey protein shake. 5g daily is good enough for creatine monohydrate in your shake.

Whey protein, fish oil, multi, and creatine are typically what I recommend for the base. A pre workout is great if you need that extra boost of energy. Fat Burners are good if you're cutting and need help with appetite suppression.
