This^^^
Keep in mind, it's cacao, not cocoa...very different
It comes in powder form which you can add to your morning protein powder/shake. It comes in nibs you can take with you and eat one here and there throughout the day (probably most convenient)
I used to add it to my morning proten but it really amped me up; probably could have just lowered the amount. It's very nutritious as well.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place

My combo:
Alcar (3 grams minimum), n acetyl l tyrosine, cdp choline, and dmae. You can further add huperzine A and bacopa. Ideally add some alpha gpc to this stack but for me I become too anxious. Take these on an empty stomach. Closest I believe you can get is caffeine free brain candy by biotest but I’m not a fan of sucralose.
If you don’t want to go that route cordyceps seems to work for me too.
